Early Life and Education

Born in the same village as his father, Ram Mohan Naidu had the privilege of observing close the political journey of his father Yerran Naidu. He completed his primary schooling in Srikakulam before moving to Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram after his father became an MP.

For his higher education, he pursued electrical engineering at Purdue University in the United States, followed by an MBA from Long Island University. He briefly worked in Singapore before returning to India in 2012 to enter politics following his father's untimely death.

Entry into Politics

Returned to India after father's death to continue the family's political legacy. Appointed as constituency in-charge for Srikakulam in 2013.

Historic Lok Sabha Debut

Contested and won Srikakulam Lok Sabha seat with a margin of 127,576 votes. At 26, became one of the youngest MPs in the 16th Lok Sabha.
